M. Frost is a native of Baltimore where she attends graduate school. Her poetry and fiction have appeared in numerous journals, including the local venues Potomac Review and Mannequin Envy. One of her poems was nominated for the 2006 Pushcart Prize. Finishing Line Press published her first chapbook, Cow Poetry and other notes from the field, in 2006. She is finalizing manuscripts for her first fantasy novel and its sequel, both set in the world of the Sundered Kingdoms. She is a member of the Science Fiction Poetry Association.
